SOW SEEDS OF PROMISE AND HOPE

Seedtime and harvest…shall not cease.” Genesis 8:22

“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” -Galatians 6:9

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that will he also reap.” -Galatians 6:7

The world is constantly hoping for “better luck.” Do you want things to change for better in your life? Every act of your life operates by the seed principle. It has since your very birth. Everything springs from the seeds you have sown, whether good or bad. This is an immutable law which man lives under. Luck has nothing to do with it.

Do not lose heart. Don’t give up. Here is God’s guaranteed answer. Do you want kind treatment? Then sow kindness. Do you want to prosper in blessings? Then sow generosity and bless others. In due season, perhaps not right away, you will surely reap. Sometimes the return is quick, sometimes slow.

The yield will be greater than the planting.

The same principle covers our whole life. Do you desire to be honored? Well, who are you honoring? A life of thanksgiving and honor will result in many happy moments.

What about affirmation? We all like to be recognized and affirmed. Are you affirming anyone who is worthy? God will cause a harvest to come out of your seeds. You will reap affirmation.

Are you lonely? Show yourself friendly. Incite someone to lunch. Reach out. The harvest is guaranteed.

But here is a warning! Those who sow to the flesh and selfish ambition will reap corruption (Galatians 6:8). But those who do good and are generous will reap everlasting life. So do not grow weary in doing good for you shall reap in due season.

While awaiting the seed to grow and produce, stay faithful. Keep on sowing good seeds. Like the farmer, have an attitude of expectancy. There is coming a due season. Wait for it! Harvest time is here. Sow and reap good things. What do you have to give, to plant? You will surely get results.

May your harvest of good seed be blessed,
